I now live in New Zealand but when I lived in the UK I worked for Francis. What a wonderful character. Very intelligent and spoke fondly of his family. I really enjoyed my time working with him and I remember reading a book his wife was writing which I really enjoyed. I happened to look him up tonight and learnt of his recent passing and was saddened. Sending condolences and best wishes to the family. RIP Francis.
